As a Physiotherapist I, your responsibilities will involve providing comprehensive therapeutic interventions, developing tailored rehabilitation strategies, and actively involving patients and families in their care journey. Your role will also emphasize participation in interprofessional teams for solid service improvements.
Key Responsibilities Implement therapeutic interventions to enhance patient mobility
Develop individualized treatment plans through assessments
Foster collaboration with patients and families on care choices
Engage in interprofessional initiatives to improve services
Supervise and mentor students and therapy assistants
Requirements Accredited Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy
Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
At least 2 years of physical therapy experience
Minimum 6 months recent experience in adult neurology
Current BLS for Health Care Providers certification
Support patient recovery and independence at FMC while utilizing your physiotherapy expertise.
