SummaryThe Media Revenue Management team works to optimize and maximize the revenue generation of our media inventory by projecting audiences, setting the pricing structure and working in partnership with the Sales team members to deliver audience packages that provide strong value to Canada's advertisers
Key ResponsibilitiesThis position will give you the opportunity to contribute to Bell Media digital advertising transformation by working simultaneously on Television and Digital video. More specifically, you will:
- Be accountable for the estimate, pricing and daily management of TV station and become a subject matter expert for Digital video supporting the transition of our traditional TV audience to Bell Media digital platforms
- You will work in collaboration with various groups, such as Programming, Digital Product, Sales and Media operations.
- Your work will contribute to:
- Optimize TV advertising revenues
- Complete the daily functions of television revenue management
- Ensure that our pricing structure is competitive across TV
- Set, track, communicate & explain Bell Media revenue management performance against set KPI
- Complete ad-hoc analysis to support the senior leadership team
- You will be supported by colleagues with a strong expertise in television monetization
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to independently prioritize work meet execution timelines
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Self-directed individual with decision-making, communication, collaboration skills.
- Curious nature that thrives on finding solutions in a transformational environment
- Good understanding of the TV broadcast or Digital media/video industry,
- Emphasising knowledge in audience analytics tools, CPP & CPM, pricing expertise
- College/University education is required
- Strong interpersonal skills and outspoken leader building relationships at all levels of the organization
- Experience working with Numeris / IBMS would be an asset.
- Experience in media buying or selling for television and/or digital would be an asset
- Professional and/or Digital media industry designation are an asset (CPA, MBA, Digital Marketing certification, SEO, SEM, etc.)
- Understanding of concepts such as Connected TV, Addressable TV would be an asset
- Expertise in pricing / monetization across other industries would be an asset
Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
