Contribute your skills as a Compliance Manager with Fidelity Canada in a hybrid work environment. This role requires strong compliance acumen for managing complex account openings effectively. This position entails working closely with compliance teams to oversee the processing of accounts that require significant regulatory attention. You'll be involved in daily operations assisting with inquiries and ensuring regulatory compliance until the contract concludes in April 2028. Initially located at 483 Bay Street, Toronto, the role will transition to Mississauga by late 2026. Key Responsibilities:
- Review client documentation for compliance
- Manage complex account opening processes
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective operations
- Respond to compliance-related inquiries proactively
- Develop training materials for team and client training
- Degree in relevant field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in compliance or related operations
- Ability to work under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in compliance-related software and tools
