Leica Biosystems seeks a Regional Manager to lead commercial operations across Canada East, driving sales growth and market share in cancer diagnostics. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and direct accountability for revenue and profitability targets in both capital and consumables segments.
Responsibilities
- Own regional sales performance and achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets
- Develop and execute commercial strategies driving growth across capital and consumable products
- Build and maintain healthy sales pipeline while managing forecasts and identifying gaps
- Expand relationships with key decision-makers and identify portfolio expansion opportunities
- Build and coach high-performing sales team with clear accountability and development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 10+ years sales experience, or Master's degree with 8+ years
- Bilingual English and French fluency
- 5+ years commercial leadership experience with team development and strategy execution
- Background in clinical, research, or industrial laboratory settings
- Demonstrated ability to build sales pipelines and improve funnel conversion
Compensation: $140,000-$170,000 CAD base plus sales incentive compensation; total target $220,000-$250,000 CAD annually
