Regeneron seeks a Manager of Medical Affairs Operations based in Toronto to oversee compliant execution of medical operations across Canada. The role involves managing regulatory processes, vendor relationships, budgets, and medical meetings while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive compliant execution of country Medical Affairs priorities across therapeutic areas
• Maintain audit readiness, documentation, transparency reporting, and anti-corruption records
• Execute regulatory and Good Practice processes end-to-end through local systems
• Manage vendor contracts, purchasing, budgets, and spend reporting
• Lead medical meetings, congresses, and related logistics coordination

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, or related field
• Seven to nine years of pharmaceutical or biotechnology operations experience
• Knowledge of compliance, transparency, Medical Governance, and regulated processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Veeva CRM, Vault Medical, and PromoMats
• Fluent in local language with business-proficient English
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
