Job Details:
Title: Customer Service Representative – B2B
Location: Ville Saint-Laurent
Work Mode: Attractive hybrid model (3 days in office / 2 days remote)
Status: Long-term temporary contract (Seasonal: Late August 2026 to March/April 2027 – Strong possibility of permanent conversion)
Schedule: Full-time, 37.5 hours/week (Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM)
Salary: $24.00 to $26.00 / hour (depending on experience)

Qualifications

- Technical Skills: Tech-savvy with the ability to comfortably navigate multiple software platforms and management databases.
- Personal Traits: High rigor, precision, strong organization, and the ability to handle peak-volume stress effectively.
- Soft Skills: True team player, reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.

English proficiency is required for this position due to daily interactions with clients, partners, and vendors located outside Quebec, as well as the use of internal software and systems configured in English. Daily internal collaboration also frequently takes place in English.
