We are growing and offer a bright future as the employer of choice for this industry. SeedMaster is currently seeking an innovative and results-oriented Purchasing Expeditor.
Key accountabilities include:
- Grow professional relationships with various internal and external stakeholders
- Use project management skills to prepare for project review meetings
- Liaising with vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Receiving shipments of materials and examine to ensure accurate quantities, quality, and specifications are met.
- Facilitate flow of materials between various departments
- Examine job cost reports for inconsistencies
- Perform clerical duties and maintain records
Requirements:
- Business education or equivalent training and experience
- 2+ years in a similar role
- Proficient understanding of materials and services procurement
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, organizational, and time management skills.
