Become an integral part of a dynamic team as an Oracle HCM Consultant focusing on Absence Management and Benefits, with a hybrid work model in Toronto, Canada.
Your skills will enhance our HCM Cloud solutions. We seek a candidate with a minimum of five years in Oracle HCM Cloud, specializing in Absence Management and Benefits modules.
You will be responsible for configuring and supporting these modules, ensuring they meet business requirements. Engage with HR and technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and configure Absence Management and Advantages modules
- Analyze business requirements and create functional solutions
- Design and deploy Absence and Advantages processes
- Work closely with business and HR teams
- Provide post-go-live support and documentation
Requirements
- 5+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience
- Proficiency in Absence Management and Perks modules
- Experience in configuration and implementation
- Strong knowledge of HR operations
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
