As an Analyst 1 at ALS, you will play a vital role in preparing and analyzing client samples, ensuring adherence to analytical quality and safety standards. This position requires strong multitasking abilities and a keen attention to detail. You will also assist in updating standard operating procedures while maintaining laboratory equipment. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare diverse water samples for chemical analysis
- Prioritize workload to meet stringent deadlines
- Ensure proper functioning of lab instrumentation
- Support SOP updates and quality audits
- Maintain compliance with safety guidelines
- Educational background in Chemistry or a related field
- At least 1 year of laboratory experience
- Experience with Continuous Flow Analyzers and other instruments
- Excellent communication and detail-oriented skills
- Ability to perform manual tasks and stand for extended hours
