Senior Information Technology Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
Insight Global is seeking a well-rounded IT Manager for a Canadian trucking and logistics client. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic leadership, development and execution of of their technology roadmap. Reporting directly to the CFO, this individual will lead Ontario and an offshore IT team while partnering closely with Operations and business leaders to deliver technology solutions that improve performance, scalability and profitability.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 5+ years IT leadership experience, leading enterprise technology teams and initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of cloud platforms, cybersecurity, networking, software development and data platforms
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication and leadership skills and ability to hold the relationship with technology vendors
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, Power BI, SQL, AI and automation platforms
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Transportation, trucking, logistics, supply chain or warehousing experience
- Experience supporting TMS, WMS, telematics, ELD and transportation-related technologies
- Has worked on mergers and acquisitions of companies from an IT perspective
