Current Opportunities:
We currently have a Full-Time Team Lead position available to start immediately

Job Expectations:
Manage a team of support staff.
Assist with daily routines while providing quality personal care and assistance as needed.
Encourage client independence and support clients to participate in activities of their choice.
Take part in planning and implementing programming individualized for each client.
Ensure a safe environment, including fire safety, medication management and public health standards.
Demonstrate dignity, respect and professionalism when interacting with team members, clients, and support networks.
Demonstrate time management, organizational and communication skills.
Potential employees would possess creative thinking, the ability to plan activities and attend community outings with clients.

As a Team Lead, you will be expected to work shifts varying from days, evening, weekends and overnights and be on call for the home.
A successful applicant will need:
Experience in supervisory role.
Experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Driver's license (no probation)
Criminal Record Check including Vulnerable Sector
CPR & 1st Aid within 3 months of employment
