Tandem Trans Solutions is not just another staffing agency. We specialize in helping companies fill skilled truck driver positions across North America. We work with professional drivers to place them in both long and short-term assignments. Our goal is to match the right driver with the right trucking or transportation company to ensure success for both parties.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Coordinator, located in Vaughan, ON. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day recruitment activities including sourcing and screening potential candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and maintaining relationships with both clients and candidates. Eventually the role will involve working on HR administrstive and payroll functions as well. The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication ability
- 6 months experience in recruitment preferably within the staffing industry and/or transportation/logistics industry
- Ability to work in fast-paced environment
- Experience in Hiring and Interviewing
- Customer Service skills
- Ability to work on-site in Vaughan, ON
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Experience in the transportation or staffing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
