Lead culinary operations at Rogers Centre in Toronto as an Executive Chef, directing high-volume kitchens, menus, food quality, and guest experience onsite.
Legends Global seeks an Executive Chef to provide strategic culinary leadership across all food outlet kitchens. You will guide menu planning, food production, presentation, sanitation, and operational excellence. The role also emphasizes food cost management, labour optimization, inventory control, and culinary team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across all food outlet kitchens
- Develop innovative menus and analyze food costs
- Manage inventory, purchasing, requisitioning, and vendor relationships
- Enforce sanitation, company, and departmental standards
- Mentor teams through scheduling, training, and performance development
Requirements:
- Three to six years as Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef
- High-volume hospitality industry experience
- Culinary institute degree, certification, or Red Seal Certification
- Experience improving kitchen efficiency, quality, and food costs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
