• 5+ years experience as a systems analyst
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Knowledge of systems analysis and design methods and techniques to develop system solutions and to manage servers and applications
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Demonstrated knowledge of testing and implementation methods and practices for testing and acceptance
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Experience with systems and business operational disciplines and processes; skills in negotiation, conflict and problem resolution, change management and project coordination; current knowledge in new technologies and trends that may benefit emergency health services.
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Knowledge of server and network technologies, hardware and facilities requirements (data centres) along with IT security policies to identify and evaluate IT options for clients and to design, develop and implement technology solutions
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Experience with creating and managing data sources (SharePoint Lists, NoSQL database, etc.).
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Experience creating custom reports, implementing change management and auditing data.
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Experience with database integration
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  
• Experienced with developing and maintaining interactive e\-learning using Adobe Captivate and\/or Articulate Storyline to convert training materials created via SWAY, Powerpoint, etc into SCORM files (e.g. Moodle LMS compatible format); this material includes content, videos and interactive functionality
  <\/span><\/li>
  
  <\/ul>

  Analytical and Communication: <\/b>
  <\/p>
  
  

  
  
  • Understanding of emergency health services in Ontario including ambulance communications.
    <\/span><\/li>
    
    
  • Understanding of Learning Management Systems including Moodle from a content development perspective
    <\/span><\/li>
    
    
  • Understanding of databases (SharePoint Lists, NoSQL database, etc.)
    <\/span><\/li>
    
    
  • Understanding of Microsoft technologies
    <\/span><\/li>
    
    <\/ul>

    Project Management and Coordination Skills: <\/b>

    • Knowledge of project management methodology, analytical tools and processes, and tendering process to support projects and development of project plans.

    • Analytical and problem\-solving skills to assess business and technology requirements, evaluate the functionality of new software and hardware

    • Experience in working on multiple projects at the same time
      <\/span><\/li>
      
      
    • Experience in working on multi\-year projects

      • Microsoft Technology certifications an asset
