Reporting to the Director, Corporate Finance and Analytics, the Senior Data Analyst plays a critical role in supporting decision-making processes at Haventree by leveraging data to provide insights and recommendations. This role involves working closely with cross-functional business teams to analyze data and develop insights, recommendations, and reporting to support business goals. Perform critical analysis to support Haventree Bank’s growth initiatives including business development efforts, innovation and new product launch
Experience in oral and written storytelling to share data driven insights in a clear, succinct manner

Data analysis and querying large datasets with SQL
Build and maintain reporting dashboards with Tableau and other tools
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and operations, data engineering, technology, finance and treasury
Financial Services or Mortgage Industry experience (Preferred)

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in related field (Business, Mathematics, Engineering, etc)
• 3-4+ years of experience in data analytics, information reporting, product strategy, or portfolio analysis
• Experience in advanced SQL, data warehousing, and data visualization tools (such as Tableau)
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Understanding of and experience with Salesforce data models, including standard and custom objects, and the ability to build reports and dashboards and join data across objects is strongly preferred
• University degree in Business, Mathematics, Engineering or equivalent experience in related field

3+ years of experience in data analytics, information reporting, product strategy, or portfolio analysis
