Deburring Specialist

Position Summary

Technicut Tool (TCT) is seeking a  CNC Lathe Machinist   for our Windsor, Ontario   location . If you are looking for an organization and career that will match your strong work ethic and passion for success, Technicut Tool is a great place to start! 

*This position works Monday thru Friday from 7:00am - 3:30pm. The pay range for this position is between $18.00 - $24.00 per hour depending on experience*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Follow established safety procedures and work instructions.
• Ensure proper surface masking and preparations.
• Ensures all parts are clean and free of burrs and imperfections.
• Use of a wide variety of finishing tools, including electric and pneumatic (right angle grinder, die grinder, orbital sanders) as well as tumbling machines.
• Perform sandblasting and shot peening operations in accordance with specifications and safety guidelines.
• Ensures deburring equipment is operating at optimal performance with proper care of all tools and equipment.
• Positions and assembles parts according to specified instructions, routings, and blueprints.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Inspect parts for defects.
• Monitor process control to ensure process is within predetermined parameters.
• Rack and un-rack parts by hand. Prepare products for shipping.
• Maintains a clean and organized work area.

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills

• High School/GED or equivalent education.
• 2-3+ years of experience in a production environment preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to handle delicate parts without causing damage.
• Position available to Canadian Citizens or Canadian Permanent Residents ONLY.
