We are looking for an experienced and dynamic search engine optimization (SEO) specialist to join our team. As an SEO specialist, you will play a key role partnering with stakeholders to improve organic search presence while maintaining SEO best practices.
What you'll be doing:
- Prepare website technical audits to identify areas of concern from an SEO perspective and sort them by level of importance.
- Review website server logs, crawl reports, and analytics data to develop strategies to improve indexation and organic growth.
- Perform keyword research in coordination with client business objectives to optimize existing content and uncover new opportunities.
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in alignment with SEO goals and monetization strategies.
- Prioritize and manage the implementation of all SEO related tasks in conjunction with project managers and developers.
- Stay up to date on SEO and digital marketing industry trends and developments.
- Track and report on results monthly while communicating regularly with clients related to new developments, initiatives and task implementation progress.
- Continue to learn and develop SEO skills from online resources.
What you'll need to be successful:
Must Haves:
- 3+ years of experience as Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist or similar role.
- Experience with planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy.
- Experience working on large-scale websites, technical SEO, and international SEO.
- Knowledge of tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, etc.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
