The Happy Box is a fast-growing Canadian gifting company that helps businesses build stronger relationships through thoughtfully curated gift experiences. We work with companies to create memorable gifts for their clients, employees and every need in between, featuring products from Canadian small businesses.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for someone to manage ongoing client communication, customer support, and the day-to-day coordination required to ensure our corporate gifting projects are delivered accurately and on time.

About the Role

This role sits at the intersection of client experience and operations. Working closely with our Business Development and Operations teams, you'll be the bridge between our clients and our internal team, ensuring every corporate gifting project moves smoothly from approval through delivery.

You'll manage day-to-day client communication, coordinate project details, confirm order requirements, and keep timelines on track so every client has a seamless experience from start to finish.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships through great communication, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in staying organized.

What You'll Do

• Manage day-to-day communication with prospective and existing clients, responding promptly to enquiries, answering questions, and ensuring every follow-up is completed.
• Support the Business Development team by qualifying opportunities, preparing quotes and proposals, coordinating meetings, and keeping opportunities moving.
• Keep our CRM accurate and up to date so every opportunity has a clear owner, status, and next step.
• Confirm all order details before production, including branding, quantities, gift messaging, recipient information, dietary requests, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate the logistical details of each corporate gifting project, working closely with our Operations team to ensure every order is accurate, organized, and production-ready.
• Monitor project timelines, manage order changes, proactively communicate updates, and flag potential issues before they impact delivery.
• Conduct post-delivery follow-ups and help identify opportunities for future gifting.

Nice to Have

• Experience in client success, account coordination, customer service, project coordination, or operations.
• Experience supporting B2B clients or managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Experience using Shopify, HubSpot, Monday.com, or similar CRM and project management tools.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude as part of your daily workflow.
