Job Summary
Danico is seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. We are looking for a dedicated professional who takes pride in precision, consistency, and delivers exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has strong culinary fundamentals, a commitment to quality, and the ability to perform at a high level in a fast-paced, detail-driven kitchen. As a Line Cook at Danico, you will work closely with the culinary team to execute dishes to the highest standards while maintaining organization, cleanliness, and professionalism throughout service.

Responsibilities

• Execute menu items with precision, consistency, and attention to detail
• Prepare daily mise en place and maintain station readiness
• Follow recipes, plating standards, and culinary procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining quality
• Communicate effectively with chefs and fellow kitchen team members
• Support overall kitchen operations and contribute to a positive team environment
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ culinary experience in a fine-dining restaurant
• Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
• Strong knowledge of professional kitchen operations and cooking techniques
• Ability to execute dishes with accuracy and consistency
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure
• Strong teamwork, communication, and professionalism
• Passion for hospitality and commitment to culinary excellence
