Job Responsibility:
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers- Assist customers in finding and selecting products, mainly in flooring dept.- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate recommendations- Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
Experience:- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service in flooring industry is preferred- Proficiency in cash handling procedures- Ability to effectively communicate with customers in a friendly and professional manner- Multilingual skills are a plus- Experience with inside sales and upselling techniques is beneficial- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
