- Communicate with clients on administrative matters
- Assist with file and disclosure management
- Serve and file court documents effectively
- Draft and edit court documents and correspondence
- Perform general clerical work as needed
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Outlook and Word
- Strong writing skills are required
- Customer service or client service experience valued
- At least 1 year of family law experience or 2 years in law
- Comfortable with new technology and organization
