Job Summary:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service to customers, assist with inquiries, and perform everyday general warehouse duties in a fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Interact with customers both over the phone and in store in a professional manner to provide information about products and services
- Mixing paint and picking customers orders- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling- Maintain a clean and organized workspace- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly
Experience:- Must have some knowledge of autobody products such as paint , fillers and associated products and systems.- Ability to communicate effectively with customers- Proficiency in basic math for transactions and inventory management- Basic computer knowledge- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
