We have an opening for a full-time Sales and Customer Service Coordinator based out of our new head office in Surrey, BC.
This role will report to the Vice President of Sales and work closely with our Sales and Client Solutions Teams.
We are committed to following all Covid-19 safety regulations while providing full training and onboarding for a successful transition.
POSITION: SALES AND CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR
SCHEDULE: MONDAY - FRIDAY HOURS: 7 AM - 3 PM (Negotiable)
SALARY: Offer based on experience and skillset
START DATE: April 2021
ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Sales team support including account administration and assisting the sales team.
· Sales analysis and reporting as needed by customers and the sales team.
· Data entry such as updating CRM, promotional emails.
· Follow up communication with new and current clients on installations and services
· Marketing support when needed to assist with updating sales support materials, demo coordination and trade shows.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2+ years of sales and/or customer service experience
· Strong computer skills with a high level of proficiency using MS Office and Google Suite of software
· Knowledge of QuickBooks an asset
· Highly organized, multi-tasker with the ability to prioritize projects
· Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work
· Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
· Positive attitude and high energy level
· Passionate about coffee, tea and people
