What will your typical day look like?

 

As a Senior Consultant within our Analytics practice, you will collaborate closely with practitioners across Audit & Assurance (A&A) to elevate the use of analytics in client service delivery. You will contribute to the design and development of data-driven solutions that unlock insights from complex datasets and support more informed decision-making.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Partner with engagement teams and clients to understand business challenges and translate them into scalable analytical solutions
• Design and develop analytics assets and tools leveraging advanced technologies, including data automation, visualization, and emerging AI capabilities
• Bridge the gap between business and technology , providing advisory support on data requirements, analytical approaches, and solution design
• Develop and deploy analytics solutions using programming, visualization, and database tools, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned to stakeholder needs
• Communicate insights and findings effectively , tailoring messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences
• Contribute to innovation initiatives, including the development of reusable analytics assets and experimentation with new tools, methodologies, and AI-enabled capabilities
• Guide and mentor Consultant s, supporting their technical development, reviewing deliverables and fostering a strong learning environment within the team

The A&A Innovation, Data & Analytics team sits at the forefront of this journey. We are focused on designing, developing, and scaling analytics and technology enabled solutions that enhance audit quality, improve efficiency, and deliver deeper insights to our clients. Through a combination of solution development, practitioner enablement, and targeted learning initiatives, we empower our teams to embed analytics and innovation into their day-to-day work and drive sustained impact.

This role requires a high degree of curiosity, creativity, and analytical problem-solving , with the ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver value in a dynamic and evolving environment.
Requirements

• 2–3+ years of relevant experience in data analytics, data science, or data visualization, with exposure to business or audit analytics considered an asset 
• Demonstrated proficiency in analytics tools and programming languages, such as Python, SQL, and Alteryx, with the ability to apply these tools in a client-service environment 
• Experience developing data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker with a focus on communicating insights effectively 
• Exposure to AI/ML and Generative AI capabilities, including the development or application of AI use cases, automation solutions, or AI agents, is considered an asset 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for leveraging data and technology to drive insights and continuous improvement 
• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development, including exploration and adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies 
• Highly adaptive and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with a positive attitude towards change and innovation 
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outputs within defined timelines 
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities (French and/or Spanish) are considered an asset

Total Rewards

The salary range for this position is $62,000 - $106,000 and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program.
