Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Cocktail Server to join our team and provide exceptional service to our valued guests. In this role, your attention to detail, extensive knowledge of our drink menu, and commitment to superior customer service will be essential.

Responsibilities:
Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction
Have detailed knowledge of all drinking menu items
Make recommendations and answer questions about the menu
Take customers’ orders and deliver beverages
Provide excellent customer service to ensure the client’s satisfaction
Collect and process payments
Balance your cash at the end of each shift
Requirements:
Must be 18 years old and over
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and French (essential)
Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift
Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays
Previous working experience as a waitress or waiter in a high-volume establishment is essential
