Position Overview:

As a Server , you'll have the opportunity to create exceptional dining experiences for our valued guests. Your role is to provide top-notch service, offering your extensive knowledge of our menu and making delightful recommendations. With a keen eye for detail, you'll ensure tables are beautifully presented and clean. Responsibilities:

• Deliver an unparalleled level of service to maximize customer satisfaction.

• Showcase an in-depth knowledge of our menu offerings.

• Make enticing recommendations and expertly address inquiries concerning menu items.

• Serve food and beverages to guests while ensuring needs are met promptly throughout their dining experience.

• Maintain impeccable table cleanliness and presentation.

• Handle payments and cash transactions with precision.

• Ensure the cash register remains balanced.

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual and at least 18 years old.

• Process a valid work permit or be a Canadian resident.

• Previous working experience as a waitress/waiter required.

• Exceptional communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Capable of standing for the duration of the shift.

• Expert multitasking abilities and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings and holidays.

• Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine and wine, including expertise in wine pairing recommendations and traditional culinary techniques, to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
