Responsibilities:
• Provide mortgage financing solutions tailored to client's needs
• Collect and review mortgage documentation
• Guide clients through the mortgage process from application to funding
• Stay informed on mortgage products, lender guidelines, and market trends
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, realtors, and referral partners
Ideal candidates:
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
• Mortgage experience is preferred but not required for motivated candidates
• Licensed Mortgage Agents or individuals interested in becoming licensed are encouraged to apply
