Leadership Opportunity: Director of Care

• Supervise the care team and provide daily support
• Ensure continuous education and professionalism among staff
• Oversee staffing levels and budget management
• Maintain adherence to healthcare regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Master’s degree preferred
• Valid RN registration with provincial body
• At least 5 years nursing experience; 2+ years in leadership
• Strong knowledge of long-term care regulations
• Track record of successful quality improvement initiatives
