Corporate Paralegal (Côte Saint-Luc)

Le rôle
Vous serez un membre clé du département corporatif d’un cabinet boutique d’environ 14 personnes, situé à quelques pas du métro Square‑Victoria. Vous travaillerez à 100% de façon autonome et collaborative, en vous concentrant sur la gestion complète des dossiers corporatifs tout en respectant une semaine de travail de 35heures réellement respectée.
Responsabilités
- Incorporations et organisations de sociétés fédérales et québécoises
- Mise à jour annuelle des livres de minutes
- Déclarations et rapports annuels
- Préparation de résolutions corporatives de tout type
- Modifications, prorogations, fusions et dissolutions
- Gel des actions
- Conventions d’achat d’actions, conventions de roulement et conventions d’échange
- Rachats d’actions
- Correspondance et communications avec les clients et les comptables
Compétences et qualifications
- 1 à 3ans ou plus d’expérience en tant que parajuriste corporatif (cabinet d’avocats ou département juridique corporatif)
- Parfaitement bilingue français/anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit
- Organisé, autonome, capable de gérer les priorités concurrentes avec calme et efficacité
- Confortable à travailler de façon indépendante ou en collaboration avec l’équipe
- Expérience avec les logiciels corporatifs et DocuSign
- Bonne maîtrise d’Excel, Visio et Juris, ou capacité à les maîtriser rapidement
Mode de travail
Intégration hybride dès le 3 e mois, après une période d’accueil complète afin d’assurer une transition fluide.
Rémunération et avantages
- Base salariale à partir de 65000$
