Executive Security Driver

TalentWorld is recruiting an Executive Security Driverfor a confidential client based in Toronto. This is a unique opportunity for a highly professional and security-minded driver who excels in delivering smooth, discreet, and reliable executive transportation while operating as an integrated part of a close protection team.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing secure and seamless transportation for a high-profile executive, ensuring a calm, controlled, and confidential environment at all times. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in professional driving, a naturally smooth driving style, and a heightened sense of situational awareness, with the ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments.

Executive Security Driver Responsibilities

• Provide safe, discreet, and efficient transportation for a high-profile executive within the Greater Toronto Area, with occasional travel outside of Ontario.
• Plan and execute primary and secondary routes, including contingencies and awareness of choke points and traffic risks.
• Maintain strict pickup and drop-off protocols aligned with security and protective standards.
• Respond calmly and effectively to unexpected situations, including vehicle issues, medical concerns, or potential security risks.
• Work closely with Close Protection Officers to support advance planning and overall protective operations.
• Maintain vehicle readiness, including cleanliness, presentation, fueling, and coordination of maintenance and servicing.
• Support additional transportation needs for executives, executive assistants, or security personnel as required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a professional driver supporting executives, high-profile individuals, or VIP clientele.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver a consistently smooth and controlled driving style.
• Strong situational awareness, route discipline, and security-minded approach.
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and responsive in high-pressure or rapidly changing situations.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a broader protection team.
• Defensive or protective driving certifications
• First Aid & CPR/AED certification 

Working Conditions

• Based in Toronto, Ontario, with travel primarily within the GTA and occasional trips to Montreal.
• Salary starting at $90,000.00 per year
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, late evenings, and occasional weekends - Full Time Role
