BIM Lead - Digital Transit Solutions

Shape the future of rail transit design as a BIM Lead at Matchtech. This permanent opportunity in the Rail & Transit team enables you to influence pivotal projects in the Greater Toronto Area and beyond. As a BIM Lead, Matchtech invites you to spearhead BIM strategies and oversee an array of digital design systems. Your role will involve providing technical leadership, ensuring compliance with BIM standards, and nurturing junior talent in multi-disciplinary teams, facilitating excellence across projects. Key Responsibilities:
- Implement the project-wide BIM strategy per client requirements
- Oversee use of ProjectWise and Autodesk Construction Cloud systems
- Enforce the Design BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
- Mentor staff and enhance national BIM methodologies
- Monitor performance and report improvement insights
- Extensive BIM experience in rail and transit environments
- Skilled in Revit, Civil 3D, ProjectWise, and ACC
- Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards
- Proven leadership in managing designers and teams
- Ability to navigate complex digital workflows
