Senior User Experience Designer for Digital Solutions

Transform how users interact with products as a Senior User Experience Designer. Drive excellence in design through user research and agile methodologies to meet project objectives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the design process, from the initial discovery phase to live delivery, ensuring productive collaboration between business and technical teams. Your responsibilities will include conducting user research, iterating on prototype designs, and validating usability through testing. You will play a critical role in aligning projects with user-centered design practices. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead user research activities and report findings
- Create and iterate on prototypes based on user feedback
- Participate in Agile sprints and ceremonies for effective project delivery
- Conduct thorough usability testing and accessibility assessments
- Document user stories and maintain design continuity
- 3+ years of experience in UX design and Agile practices
- Mastery of tools like Axure and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
