Job Title: Solutions Designer - CRM - Senior

Client: Enterprise Financial Services Division

Ministry: Ministry of Public and Business Service Delivery and Procurement

Location: Ontario

Work Model: Onsite

Onsite requirement: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Description / Responsibilities / Skills

Must Have

  • At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM
  • At least 7+ years of experience designing solutions with Adobe AEM technologies
  • Experience with developing business design document, functional & non-functional requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Siebel Solution implementation
  • 7+ years of experience in Adobe AEM Solution implementation
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions

Responsibilities

  • Undertakes the design of hosting technology solutions based on the client's service specifications, standards, policies, best practices, and cost models, to meet CRM application business requirements

General Skills

  • Knowledge of CRM applications, operating systems, environments, database technologies, programming languages, and communication protocols
  • Knowledge of best practices, OPS directory/messaging standards, infrastructure policies, cost models, and procurement processes
  • Ability to gather business requirements and understand IT strategies, environments, and standards
  • Ability to develop and advise on short/long-term CRM solutions
  • Knowledge of technology design criteria, security, recovery procedures, and performance optimization
  • Experience planning, implementing, and sustaining large-scale system development projects
  • Awareness of technology trends and new products
  • Basic understanding of PMBOK and analytical tools
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills for solution design and cost-benefit analysis
  • Experience designing large, complex CRM applications
  • Experience evaluating system performance and recommending improvements
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines
