Oxygen Yoga and Fitness is hiring a full/part time Front Desk Receptionist.At Oxygen Yoga, we challenge our members to make lifestyle changes to better theirhealth, wellness and personal growth. We help members achieve an overall balance, ahealthy lifestyle and we create positive changes in people's lives. Our Team of inspiringindividuals will motivate our members to achieve their personal best in all of theirendeavours. From the moment, our members walk through the door they will feelwelcomed into the Oxygen Community.
Responsibilities of our Front Desk Receptionist
- Provides excellent customer service
- Provides great rapport with all members
- Conducts Tours of our facility
- Assisting with additional daily administrative tasks as required
- Can conduct telephone inquires, and make welcome calls
- Is knowledgable on Oxygen Yoga's pricing and sales promotions
- Is responsible for developing sales skills
- Follows and Understands Oxygen Yoga's sales process
- Team player who will maintain a positive relationship with the rest of the staff
- Complete training on Mindbody software
Qualifications of our Front Desk Receptionist
- Has passion for health and fitness
- Preferred sales experience
- Has strong communication skills and is confident in their sales approach
- High School Completion

Oxygen Yoga et Entraînement recrute un(e) Réceptionniste à temps plein/partiel.

Responsabilités de notre Réceptionniste
· Fournir un excellent service client.
· Entretenir de bonnes relations avec tous les membres.
· Organiser des visites de notre installation.
· Participe à d'autres tâches administratives quotidiennes selon les besoins.
· Répondre aux demandes téléphoniques et effectuer des appels de bienvenue.
· Connaître les tarifs et les promotions de vente d'Oxygen Yoga.
· Développer des compétences en vente.
· Suivre et comprendre le processus de vente d'Oxygen Yoga.
· Avoir l'esprit d'équipe et maintenir une relation positive avec le reste du personnel.
· Compléter la formation sur le logiciel Mindbody.
Qualifications de notre Réceptionniste
· Passionné(e) par la santé et le fitness.
· Expérience de vente souhaitée.
· Possède de solides compétences en communication et est confiant(e) dans son approche de vente.
· Diplôme d'études secondaires.
Job Type: Part-time
Expected hours: No less than 3 per week
