Dynamic Operations Branch Manager

Assume the role of Branch Manager, driving operational efficiency and leading a diverse team. Ensure superior service delivery while complying with technical standards and safety regulations. In this full-time position, your leadership will be crucial for managing daily operations and employee performance. You'll address customer and supplier issues while liaising with maintenance service providers. Focus on safety and compliance while upholding high-quality service through proactive management. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage operations and staff performance daily
- Oversee compliance with Health & Safety policies
- Handle escalations from various stakeholders
- Coordinate with external service providers effectively
- Conduct site visits and customer service calls
- Experience in leadership and management roles
- IOSH Managing Safely certification
- Background in technical or service sectors
- Strong communication and people management skills
- Profound IT competency for administrative tasks
