Fsra Compliance Technical Lead Opportunity Winnipeg
Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Ontario
Join FSRA as a Technical Lead focused on regulatory compliance in Ontario. Protect consumers and enhance financial services with your specialized knowledge. In this 12-month fixed term role, you will conduct compliance reviews and provide technical guidance on various issues within financial sectors. With a focus on mentorship, you will help develop team members while preparing key statistical reports for industry stakeholders. Your cohort work will strengthen regulatory initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute expert analysis on compliance matters
- Conduct ongoing reviews for regulatory adherence
- Prepare statistical reports to inform stakeholders
- Mentor team members on compliance challenges
- Collaborate with stakeholders on regulatory frameworks
Requirements:
- University degree in law, finance, or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of sector-specific experience
- Solid analytical skills in compliance
- Demonstrated leadership and project management experience
- Excellent communication skills necessary
