IT Quality Assurance Analyst at CIBC

Develop and execute functional and integration test scenarios
Analyze business use cases and define testing requirements
Monitor project quality standards and provide progress reports
Liaise with clients to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries
Train junior staff on testing tools and methodologies

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Mathematics
Experience in Software Testing Life Cycle methodologies
Knowledge of IVR testing tools like Cyara
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
