Shine Brite connects local businesses with vetted commercial cleaning companies. We're looking for an experienced cold caller to phone offices, clinics, daycares, property managers and industrial sites, and book in-person walkthroughs for our estimators.

What you'll do

• Call businesses from lead lists we give you, through our CRM (Odoo)
• Reach the person who handles cleaning or facilities and book a free in-person walkthrough
• Log every call and booking in the CRM the same day
• Follow up on callbacks and keep your pipeline moving

What we're looking for

• Cold calling experience (B2B is a plus), or a strong background in sales and technology
• Comfortable using a CRM and learning new software quickly
• Confident on the phone, and you take a "no" in stride
• Reliable internet, a quiet place to call from, and your own computer and phone
• Self-directed: you set your own hours and hold yourself to them

Pay

• 15% of one month's contract value for every account that signs from a walkthrough you booked
• For example, a $1,500/month account pays you $225. Most of our target accounts are $500 to $3,000+ per month.
• Commission only. No pay per walkthrough booked.
• Paid twice a month (15th and last day) after the client's first payment clears
• You still get credit if the account signs within 60 days of the walkthrough

• This is an independent contractor role, not employment
• Earnings depend on accounts signing and aren't guaranteed
• Lead lists, call guide, scripts and CRM training are provided, with support from an owner with 30+ years in commercial cleaning
