Devenez Analyste QA Sénior Bilingue chez TELUS Santé et contribuez à l’amélioration des services de santé. Ce rôle important nécessite de l'expérience en assurance qualité et en gestion de tests. Dans ce poste, vous aurez la responsabilité de développer et exécuter des cas de tests tout en maintenant des relations solides avec les équipes techniques et les clients. Vous serez impliqué dans des activités d’amélioration continue et fournirez un coaching à des ressources junior. La communication et la capacité de prioriser seront essentielles pour réussir dans ce rôle. Key Responsibilities:
- Développer des scénarios de test basés sur les besoins des clients
- Collaborer avec les développeurs et les analystes métier
- Exécuter des tests et rapporter les résultats aux parties prenantes
- Contribuer à l'élaboration de la stratégie de test globale
- Identifier les risques liés aux délais et à la qualité
- Au moins 5 ans d'expérience en assurance qualité
- 2 ans d'expérience dans un rôle senior
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais
- Expérience en gestion de l'assurance qualité
- Esprit analytique et orientation vers l’utilisateur
