Are you ready to take the next big step in your hospitality career? Four Seasons Hotel Toronto is currently looking for a talented and dynamic Seasonal Full-Time Server Assistant who shares our passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do!

About the role:

Chef Daniel Boulud's French Brasserie, Café Boulud serves a seasonally-changing menu rooted in the French tradition, highlighting both brasserie classics and contemporary dishes inspired by Chef Daniel's family meals in Lyon.

The Server Assistant assists the Food Server and Food Runner in providing an enjoyable expertly served dining experience conforming to Café Boulud standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. The position clears tables and resets them neatly, rapidly and completely according to specification.

What you will bring:

We are looking for an individual who possesses an affinity for guest service! Candidates must have excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills. The ability to perform this position to Café Boulud standards and learn the sequence of service is required. The position requires the ability to lift up to 40lbs and applicants must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality and a can-do approach to any request!

Preferred qualifications & skills:

• At minimum 1 year previous Busperson experience in a fast paced food and beverage operation

• Exceptional communication skills and command of English language

• Additional language a definite asset for career growth

Schedule & Hours:

Successful candidates possess open availability and the ability to work all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The Seasonal contract will be from June 2024 to October 2024.
