Family Nanny & Household Manager Location: Victoria, BC (Oak Bay area) Start Date: ASAP Compensation: Competitive and negotiable Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week We're a young family on Vancouver Island looking for a warm, dependable, and genuinely engaged nanny and household manager to join our home long-term. We have two boys, Harvey (in Junior Kindergarten) and Axe (toddler), a dog named Luna, and a busy household that runs best with a steady, capable presence in it. We're looking for someone flexible and dynamic as this is a hands-on role that blends childcare, cooking, and the rhythm of a well-run home. The role is five full-time days per week, with coverage primarily from mid to late morning through dinner. Full weekend days are important to us, and days off fall during the week. With work travel, there are stretches where we lean on extra support, and we value a fluid schedule that we discuss and confirm in advance. We're open to either live-in or live-out, depending on what works best for the right person. A typical week includes:

• Childcare and engagement with our two boys
• Cooking dinner for the family, plus daily kitchen reset
• Keeping the main floor tidy throughout the day
• Laundry (bedsheets, towels, kids' laundry)
• Light pet care for Luna
• Running errands and small special projects as they come up

Who we're looking for:

• Genuinely confident in the kitchen, comfortable with everyday meal prep and full family dinners
• Warm and steady with young children
• Detail-oriented and self-directed, you see what needs doing and do it
• Dependable, long-term oriented, and looking for a family to grow with
• Comfortable with dogs
• Non-smoker
• Legally entitled to work in Canada
