Hi! We are a young, friendly family in Victoria, BC, looking for a full-time nanny to care for our infant starting in September or October 2026 (timing flexible for the right fit), when our baby will be about 6 months old. We're hoping to find someone who is warm, dependable, and experienced with infants. We value someone who enjoys getting outside, engaging in age-appropriate developmental activities, and creating a safe, nurturing environment for our little one. Our work schedules vary from week to week, so we're looking for someone who is comfortable with a flexible schedule. We will provide schedules as far in advance as possible and value open communication and mutual flexibility. In addition to childcare, we'd appreciate help with light housekeeping and light meal preparation. Looking to the future, we'd ideally like to find someone who would be open to a nanny share arrangement if it becomes a good fit (maximum 2 children). Position Details:

• Wage: $25–28/hour, depending on experience and qualifications
