Your role emphasizes the creation of quality patent documents and examination of AI-generated work. Key Responsibilities:
- Design comprehensive IP scenarios and Office Actions
- Draft high-quality responses at attorney-level standards
- Evaluate AI-produced responses with structured criteria
- Provide valuable feedback to enhance model outcomes
- Engage in onboarding and specialized calibration sessions
- Registered patent agent or attorney with relevant experience
- 1–4 years in IP prosecution or litigation
- Good standing bar admission or registration
- Background in engineering, computer science, or life sciences preferred
- Exceptional written communication abilities
