You'll be an integral part of the Client Solutions team, making a meaningful impact on people’s lives. Key Responsibilities:
- Establish meaningful relationships via phone outreach
- Lead retirement planning discussions for client clarity
- Deliver tailored financial advice based on client goals
- Break down complex financial topics into relatable advice
- Engage in continuous learning about products and trends
- 1-3 years related sales experience preferred
- Bilingual skills in French and English for Quebec
- Active Life Insurance License or readiness to obtain
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Motivated and ability to work independently
