Allied Construction Manager Opportunity

Join Allied as a Construction Manager, guiding urban workspace projects throughout Canada. This role focuses on managing budgets and project execution while enhancing built environments. This 12-month contract role involves overseeing a range of construction projects from planning through to completion. You'll liaise with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to manage timelines and maintain project quality. This position is vital in optimizing the performance and value of the portfolio. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of construction projects
- Prepare RFP documents for procurement
- Review plans and specifications for quality assurance
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Report on project financial metrics and variances
- At least 5 years of construction project management experience
- Degree or diploma in a related field
- Proficient understanding of construction contracts and methods
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Intermediate computer skills in MS Office applications
