- Develop and implement effective blasting plans
- Monitor and optimize mining ventilation processes
- Coordinate with the production team for weekly planning
- Guide the team on essential safety procedures
- Bachelor’s degree in mining engineering; Ordre des ingénieurs member
- Strong management and health/safety skills needed
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SAP, and Microsoft Office
- Valid driver’s license and general explosive permit
- English proficiency required
