Job Summary: Reporting to the Executive Director of Family Preservation Services, Legal Counsel provides legal services focused on child protection, including advice and representation to families involved in child protection matters.
Screening Criteria: Law degree from a recognized university. Minimum of 3 years’ experience practicing child protection law, including advising clients and representing them in court. Experience working with Yukon First Nation’s or Indigenous families or communities is an asset.
Salary: Level 11: $111,225.35 - $139,016.59
