Business Development Manager

Nous recherchons des responsables du développement commercial talentueux pour rejoindre notre équipe de personnes dynamiques partageant les mêmes idées afin de nous aider à étendre notre présence mondiale en développant de nouvelles opportunités commerciales et partenariats inexploités. Le candidat idéal fera preuve d'une passion pour les procédures de vente et d'une volonté de nouer de nouvelles relations avec des clients potentiels qui transportent des marchandises en utilisant tous les moyens de transport disponibles. Cette personne devra être capable de se lancer immédiatement, de prendre des initiatives et de diriger.

Il s'agit d'un poste à distance.

Au quotidien, vous serez amené à :

  • Entretenir et développer des relations commerciales de qualité avec les clients, en apprenant à connaître leurs besoins et en dépassant continuellement leurs attentes.
  • Prospekter de nouveaux clients et des clients existants par le biais d'un processus de démarchage téléphonique.
  • Atteindre les objectifs de vente et gérer un pipeline commercial.
  • Avoir un esprit de chasseur et une énergie collaborative.
  • Collaborer avec les coordinateurs logistiques dans le cadre du cycle de vie du fret.

Vos domaines de connaissances et d'expertise les plus pertinents pour ce poste :

  • 3 à 4 ans d'expérience dans le développement commercial dans un secteur similaire
  • Connaissance avérée et mise en œuvre réussie de stratégies de développement
  • Capacité à s'épanouir avec un minimum de supervision, à être proactif et à gérer des situations imprévues
  • Solides compétences interpersonnelles
  • Capacité à négocier efficacement
  • Dévouement au service à la clientèle

We are seeking talented Business Development Managers to join our team of like-minded go-getters to assist in broadening our global footprint by nurturing new, untapped commercial opportunities and partnerships. The ideal applicant will demonstrate a passion for the sales procedure and a drive to forge new connections with prospective customers who are transporting goods using all available forms of transportation. It will be expected of this person to jump right in, take the initiative, and lead.

This is a remote position.

On a given day, you will:

  • Maintain and build quality business relationships with clients, learning their needs and continually surpassing their expectations
  • Pitch to new and existing clients through a cold-calling process
  • Achieve sales call goals and manage a sales pipeline
  • Have a hunter mindset and a collaborative energy
  • Collaborate with Logistic Coordinators in the movement of the freight lifecycle

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

  • 3-4 years prior industry-related business development experience
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
  • Ability to flourish with minimal supervision, be proactive, and handle unanticipated circumstances
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively negotiate
  • Dedication to customer service
