Nous recherchons un
Directeur du développement des affaires (FMS) performant pour soutenir la croissance de notre division Solutions de gestion de flotte.
Il s’agit d’un rôle de chasseur pur , axé sur l’acquisition de nouveaux clients, le développement de relations stratégiques et l’exécution complète du cycle de vente en environnement B2B entreprise.
Vous positionnerez Ryder comme un partenaire stratégique en logistique et gestion de flotte , en aidant les organisations à optimiser leurs coûts, leur performance opérationnelle et leur capacité de croissance grâce à des solutions sur mesure.
Ce rôle s’adresse à des professionnels qui excellent dans des environnements de vente complexes, consultatifs et à forte valeur ajoutée.

Il s’agit d’un rôle de croissance stratégique où vous allez :
- Gérer un territoire défini avec une responsabilité de revenus significative
- Interagir directement avec des décideurs de niveau exécutif (C-level et direction)
- Influencer des contrats entreprise à forte valeur et cycles de vente longs
- Vendre des solutions intégrées en gestion de flotte avec impact mesurable
- Évoluer dans un environnement de rémunération fortement orienté performance
La réussite dans ce rôle repose sur l’exécution, la discipline et la constance — pas sur l’ancienneté.
Responsabilités principales
- Développer et exécuter une stratégie de croissance de territoire axée sur l’acquisition de nouveaux clients
- Construire, gérer et faire progresser un pipeline de ventes qualifié
- Mener des discussions de découverte approfondies avec les clients
- Élaborer et présenter des solutions basées sur le retour sur investissement (ROI)
- Représenter l’ensemble des solutions de gestion de flotte de Ryder
- Gérer le cycle de vente complet : prospection, qualification, proposition, négociation et conclusion
- Collaborer avec les équipes internes (Opérations, Finance, Sécurité, Comptes nationaux)
- Assurer une transition fluide des nouveaux clients après la vente
- Maintenir une rigueur dans le CRM, les prévisions et le suivi des opportunités
- Adapter la stratégie selon l’évolution du marché et de la concurrence
Profil recherché
- 5+ ans de succès constant en ventes B2B ou ventes entreprises
- Historique prouvé d’atteinte et de dépassement des objectifs
- Expérience en vente consultative et basée sur des solutions
- Forte capacité à comprendre les enjeux financiers, le ROI et les opérations
- Excellentes habiletés de communication avec des décideurs exécutifs
- Grande rigueur dans la gestion du pipeline et des prévisions
- Esprit autonome, compétitif et orienté résultats
- Expérience en logistique, transport, SaaS ou services industriels (atout)

About The Opportunity
We are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager (FMS) to drive new enterprise growth within our Fleet Management Solutions division.
This is a pure hunter role focused on net-new customer acquisition , strategic relationship development, and full-cycle enterprise sales execution.
You will position Ryder as a strategic fleet and logistics partner , helping organizations improve cost efficiency, operational performance, and scalability through tailored solutions.
This role is best suited for professionals who thrive in complex, consultative, high-value B2B sales environments .

This is a strategic enterprise growth role where you will:
- Own a defined territory with meaningful revenue responsibility
- Engage directly with C-level and senior decision-makers

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a structured territory growth strategy focused on new business acquisition
- Build, manage, and advance a qualified enterprise pipeline
- Conduct deep discovery conversations to understand operational and financial needs
- Develop and present ROI-driven, value-based solutions to senior stakeholders
- Represent Ryder’s full suite of Fleet Management Solutions
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and close
- Collaborate with internal partners (Operations, Finance, Safety, National Accounts)
- Ensure seamless customer onboarding and transition post-sale
- Maintain disciplined CRM usage, forecasting accuracy, and pipeline visibility
- Continuously refine sales strategy based on market and competitive insights
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of consistent success in B2B or enterprise sales
- Proven track record of quota attainment and revenue generation
- Strong experience in consultative, solution-based selling environments
- Ability to understand financial drivers, ROI, and operational metrics
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- High discipline in pipeline management and forecasting
- Self-driven, competitive, and results-oriented mindset
- Experience in logistics, transportation, SaaS, or industrial services is an asset
Compensation & Growth
- $75,000 – $90,000 base salary
