Field-Focused HSE Advisor at Savanna
Savanna Well Servicing Inc.
Elevate safety protocols with Savanna as a Field-Focused HSE Advisor covering Alberta and Northeast British Columbia. Drive operational excellence and ensure compliance with established standards and regulations. This key role involves extensive field travel, approximately 80% of your time, collaborating closely with Operations teams. You will coach, inspect, and enhance safety management systems while supporting field activities to achieve disciplined execution and continuous improvement. Your expertise will make a tangible impact in promoting a culture of personal responsibility and hazard awareness. Key Responsibilities:
- Champion Savanna One Principles for safety culture
- Identify risks in job planning and execution
- Implement Safety Management System through mentoring
- Participate in safety meetings and training sessions
- Lead incident investigations and provide actionable feedback
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 5 years in similar HSE role
- Knowledge of OH&S legislation and industry standards
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid Driver’s License with clean record
